Optimization of Transmitter-Receiver Pairing of Spaceborne Cluster Flight Netted Radar for Area Coverage and Target Detection

In this paper, we investigate the optimization problem of transmitter-receiver pairing spaceborne cluster flight netted radar (SCFNR) for area coverage and target detection. First all, propose novel concept SCFNR integrated spacecraft with radar, mobility model bistatic pair twin-satellite mode, formulate radar-target distance distribution function product geometric probability method. Secondly, by dividing surveillance region into grids, define 0-1 grid matrix using equation function, describe optimal detection defining K-grid matrix. Thirdly, a new algorithm particle swarm Hungarian (PSO-HA) to address problem, which is actually one-to-one problem. Finally, validate effectiveness reasonability proposed through numerical analysis.
